Scope of duties & responsibilities:

• Implementing the K3L principles and managing the K3L management system
• Ensuring compliance with K3L regulations
• Develop subordinates’ competencies in order to improve quality & performance as well as work effectiveness, especially in the field of K3L
• Carry out an incident investigation and analysis

Qualification:

• Maximum age 37 ears old
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Minimum education S1 Industrial Engineering / Environmental Engineering / K3 / FKM
• Has SMKP, AK3U, ISO (9001; 14001; 45001) certification
• Have the power to innovate and improvise
• Have good leadership skills
• Having good communication skills
• Can work with a team
